s´Äpfle in Bodman-Ludwigshafen

For a special occasion we had a vegetarian 6-course menu. It was super delicious and surprised us positively a few times. The fine dining 👌🏻 We'd love to come back 🤩👍🏻

We had a very nice stay at the hotel and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

We had a great evening in the star restaurant s'Äpfle. The Seehotel Villa Linde is located directly on Lake Constance with a wonderful view of the lake from the breakfast terrace. The restaurant exudes a wonderful calm and cosiness. The distance between the tables guarantees the appropriate privacy for a nice evening in a cozy atmosphere. The service team explained the 7 course menu and very competently helped us with the wine selection. The strong white wine with a wooden note was our favorite. First we were spoiled with a greeting from the kitchen. Each course surprised us anew and we were very excited about the staging of the dishes. Everything was arranged with such attention to detail that it was a pleasure not only for the palate, but also for the eye. The service was always attentive, personal and exuded the appropriate calm to enjoy the beautiful evening. Therefore, we couldn't miss it and enjoyed the s'Apple again a few days later to let us pamper ourselves. We spent two wonderful evenings in s'Äpfle and just felt good. Many thanks to the entire service team and the entire kitchen team. The next time we visit Lake Constance, we already know where to reserve a table again :-)

Excellent cuisine! Great service.

We have aligned our wedding dinner in this very nice restaurant. The menu was very fine, refined and creative. The staff was professional, very attentive and friendly. A culinary experience, with regional products, at star level. Anyone looking for a gourmet restaurant on Lake Constance is in good hands here. We will be back.
